Dan Gregory
Virginia has many great attributes as a co-worker (not to mention as a person), but I'll just highlight a few: 1) She is uncommonly conscientious – Virginia genuinely cares about the work she is asked to do and gives EVERY task 110% to ensure that her effort is in alignment with the company's needs. 2) It may sound like a paradox, but Virginia will consistently surprise you with ways, large and small, that she brings additional insight and initiative to particular tasks. To give an example from just this past week, Virginia assisted me in updating our data on potential customers by recording literally thousands of facts about their status across different metrics. BUT, completely on her own initiative, she found a new and different data source with some additional data that is MORE likely to lead to new company revenue than almost all the data she was asked to update. 3) Finally, Virginia is always, unfailingly, and inordinately polite, generous, diplomatic, and professional. If someone put fresh donuts in the break room this morning, you don't have to ask who it was – it was Virginia. She is just a great person and I would be happy to answer any questions about working with her.
