Working with Virgil was easy and pleasant. As non-technical as I am, he was always able to explain what was going on so I understood. He is one of the few IT people I worked with that really listened to what my problem was. His responsiveness to my, sometimes urgent, requests was excellent. He makes everyone he works with feel important. Virgil always let me know when he could work on the issues that I had. He communicates clearly, timely and constructively. In short, a great person to work with and someone I would recommend for any technical team.
