  Responsible for overall management of the Orleans Parish Communications District's Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system including database management, reporting and analysis of data, management of peripheral systems such as Mobile Data Computers (MDC), records management programs and Geo File. In addition, responsible to manage the implementation of the new RMS Cloud Solution from Hexagon. The responsibility includes review of the Statement of Work, Data Conversion, Configuration and Interfaces plus overseeing the migration from the existing Records Management System, Business Processes, and implementation of technology systems.
