I worked coordinating projects of industries for the production of potential biotechnological medicines. I participated generating a quality management system of the Laboratorio Nacional para la producción y Análisis de Moléculas y Medicamentos Biotecnológicos (LAMMB), which is a third-party laboratory authorized by COFEPRIS that provides characterization services for proteins and biotechnological medicines. I lead the quality assurance area to ensure the quality of the results, as well as participated in audits of pharmaceutical companies. Show less

I worked on the characterization of cell death of the human embryonic kidney cell line (HEK293). Growth kinetics of adherent cultures were performed and cell death was characterized in response to different stimuli such as starvation and infection with adenovirus 5 wild-type. The techniques used to characterize cell death were: epifluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. I worked on the characterization of cell death of the human embryonic kidney cell line (HEK293).
