Active listening , empathy and clear boundaries have helped me build trust with my clients. Being organized so that I can respond to their needs or their cry for help in a timely manner also helps me in building trust with my clients. These are good attributes which help me do a good job and help my clients not only with their day to day needs, but also their personal development with a more long-lasting effect. I consider the best outcomes to be clients fulfilling their goals or get positive results and support from other working partners in the community. Their self-confidence and self-esteem usually increase, and they also learn some life-skills to help them going forward. Another outcome that makes me happy at my work is when clients discover new skills sets. To sum it up when clients are happy with their outcomes, I am happy and that is the best outcome. Show less
