I had the opportunity of working with Vinoth in iGene. he is one of the brilliant minds I've ever worked with. He always tries to get a full grasp of the subject he is working on, and make his ideas/requirements as clean, and easy to understand as possible. Furthermore, he always tries to look at the situation from both customer and developers perspective, which in return me the usual conflict between developer and business team minimal.
