Vinod, is one of the most hard working and smartest people I have worked with in the past. He is a very quick learner and has displayed tremendous capability in handling a network of 105 ports (voice and data). We never face any down time issues when Vinod was in office. He would be ready with plan B and C in case of any failure on the floor. Vinod has given many ideas to cost cutting ideas and had spent a lot of hours in office alone researching on how to implement certain technologies with out increasing costs.
