Job Profile: Managing headcount and records of Employees – NSN, Ericsson, UHG, Wipro, Aricent Technologies Sourcing, screening and short-listing candidates at various opening at all levels of the Organization. Ensuring joining formalities / Induction Program of the new Joinees is done on time. Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment letters, appraisals, relieving letters and other documents. Maintaining employee leaves, attendance, salary records and expense of the employees on regular basis. Manage day-to-day HR and office administrative activities. Preparation of various reports like Manpower Grid, attrition analysis, Exit Interview survey, headcount & vintage reports etc. Coordination with payroll & Accounts Department for timely salary, arrear and incentive disbursal. Understand and fully comply with laws, regulations, and internal processes, policies and procedures. Responsible for conducting & employee engagement survey & Open house, Birthday meetings, Annual days for employees. Total Employee Involvement Initiative. Understanding the Job description of the various openings. Collecting and downloading CVs using different sources i.e. job portals (Naukri, Monster & Times Job) & existing database. Doing background checks and verifying the references, work experience and academic qualifications of applicants. Screening, testing and assessing candidates. Developing a relationship with interviewees. Arranging interviews with candidates who have been short listed for a position. Drawing up short lists of suitable candidates. Involved in negotiating the salary between the client and the candidate. Pre selection HR interviews. Coordinating with the candidate and Client till joining of the candidates and fulfilling candidate’s joining formalities.
