  As Executive Director- Northern India, Air India was responsible for the entire airline operations in Northern Region which is Air India’s largest region with 17 stations, and has the largest number of flights. I have been managing multifunctional teams of Flight Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Personnel, Finance, Ground Handling, In flight services etc The highlight of this tenure was that the On Time Performance of the airline significantly improved and was the highest amongst all regions-a level that has not been achieved since then.
