Jul 2018 - Aug 2018
During this internship, I worked under a Principal Investigator to learn the basic aspects of clinical interventional radiology research. I contributed to a project that focused on Radioembolization (Y90) procedure for liver cancer treatment. I utilized various software programs, such as Epic, to organize the given patient data. Specifically, I analyzed trends and statistics of radioembolization treatment results to observe liver cancer progression or regression.
