- Joined as the first official employee and since then put on multiple hats for the past 3 years and helped the organization grow to a size of 34 (hiring more). - Gained immense experience by working in an initial stage startup - Program Management, Product Requirement Gathering, Testing, Continuously bringing in feedback to improve product, Ensuring customer satisfaction, Firefighting, Recruiting, Supply Chain, Strategy, and so on. - Helped scale 99DOTS, an ICT based adherence monitoring solution from 2000 TB patients in 30 high burden centres to 2 lakhs plus TB patients across all 36 states in India. - Gained knowledge in TB program by working with multiple partners across public and private sector such as, WHO Consultants, PATH, EY, Central TB Division, FHI, USAID, NACO, RNTCP State and District TB offices. - Hired, mentored, and built the delivery/outreach/implementation team and scaled 99DOTS to 36 states. - Conducted 15+ state level, 20+ field level product training covering more than 1000+ staff. - Led and managed the 6 months SVA (Self Verified Adherence) pilot project for HIV patients in partnership with FHI 360, USAID, and NACO. Managed 3 resources under the SVA project and with their help achieved all milestones on time with a total of 1800 patient registrations across 20 ART centers. - Being the PoC for the program, ensured that all issues are resolved and we provide customer delight both in the usage of the product and also resolution of their issues. - Actively help in improving product features, requirement gathering, testing the web and android mobile app. - Devised internal process and regular check points to ensure delivery on time. - Being a member of the leadership counsel, actively participated in organization wide decisions. - Helped in identifying technical recruitment partners for hiring entry level engineering resources. - Represented Everwell in the USAID partners meet and presented our work in the booth. As a fellow my responsibilities were: • To attend the Immersion in Education workshops, classroom session, visit rural schools and interact with teachers and students to understand the true rural education context. Prepare daily reports on school observations and classroom observations. • Participate in the School Management Committee meetings, educational department meetings, community meetings to understand and also provide insights. • Analyze various data from the district school information system for example infrastructure, enrolment, student teacher ratio etc. • Work along with the resource person in mobilizing teachers, and help them in conducting various workshops at the field level. Provide support to the summer workshops held for the government school teachers by the SSA department. • Conduct different learning with fun activities with children.
