Wilhelm Ogterop
Vineet is one of the best technical animators I ever worked with. We worked together closely on a few projects, with me as lead animator and Vineet as lead tech animator. Vineet was incredibly knowledgeable and no problem was too big. He has a fantastic attitude and I always felt like he had my back during deadlines and crunches. He has way to just get stuff done in a very pragmatic and systematic way and his solutions were always solid and well thought out. It was a real pleasure working with him. He would be a huge asset to any company.

Vineet is an absolute pleasure to work with and I know with his deep knowledge, willingness to learn, positive attitude towards immensely challenging tasks, and his calm demeanor that any studio or company would be lucky to have him. Had worked with Vineet for many years and had helped form from the begging our Technical Animation team at CIG. Vineet wouldn't ever feel comfortable self promoting and I think this is part of his attitude towards the work he does. A great example of this was our "FOIP" Face Over Internet Protocol system where incredibly challenging and novel implementations were required to fullfill the directive of having real time facial tracking and voice between players and over video communications in the game. There are just so many examples of this, getting novel and challenging tasks and like a silent killer making it happen with little fan fare or trumpeting of his own accomplishments. This even goes for many "less than exciting tasks" that often times were simply something Vineet took care of in the background keeping everything moving forward. As a Director you really can't ask for anything better than such a trusted resource as Vineet and with his continual drive to dig into new areas, and to learn all he can, I expect he continues to do great things in any studio and within the industry.
