  In my role as a Mobile Technical Lead I am responsible for the functional and technical analysis of business requirements, of defining the architecture and supervising the development of iOS mobile application for one of the main players in the energy and e-mobility market. I am also responsability of selecting, in accord with the HR deparment, applicatants for both short and long-term employment in the Mobile area (Android, cross-development and, as already mentioned, iOS) for the Horsa Group. My responsibilities include in particular: - - Evalutation of functional requirements and feasability study of the proposed solution by also giving feedback to the design team and defining the most apropriate tech stack (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine e/o Async/Await) - Redaction of interface agreements by also employing UML, Unified Modeling Language and flow diagrams - Design and development of cross-project frameworks and libraries for internal use (es. networking) - Direction of the iOS area, including planning and assigning tasks and issues (JIRA), mentorship and “training-on-the-job” of junior mobile resources - Selection and evaluation of candidates for the area, including devising and supervising technical tests - Delivery management of the final products via App Store or other distribution channels (es. TestFlight) - Design of Unit Tests and definitions of workflows for Continous Integration/Continous Distribution (fastlane, GitLab CI) Show less
