I hired Vincent to setup and manage our expanded marketing function at the end of 2018. I wanted someone who could implement new initiatives for our company including lead gen and marketing automation, without the need to use outside consultants. In addition, the role entailed expanding the team from 3 to 6. Vincent performed extremely capably: after 6 months he had built the team and the success was evident - for the first time we had quality leads for to feed our sales team. His management style was calm and collected and he strove to push the boundaries with every campaign, building on previous learning. I enjoyed working with him as did the rest of my team.
