I do know Vincent since the year 2000 when he joined Dahlman Filtration Technology as a Project Manager. There have been periods that I was his manager and the other way around, depending on organization chart. So I saw Vincent developing into a Senior Project Manager and later on Manager of Projects within Dahlman and then moving to Escher starting as Manager of Projects and after 2 years as Deputy Director. In 2012 Vincent made me part of the Escher team, first as Project Manager, later on as Head of Engineering. So again I had the opportunity to experience in close co-operation the developments Vincent has made as a Manager and Deputy Director. Vincent is a no-nonsense colleague who listens to people, makes his own considerations and makes well-considered decisions. Within Escher Vincent was involved in senior management (responsible for company policy/ strategy, company targets/ growth, business development), but still had a strong operational roll as well in leading the Projects and Procurement Department, being able because of his thorough technical background. What I always appreciate about Vincent is the focus and dedication for his responsibilities (projects, targets, delivery times, people).
