This letter is written on behalf of Vincent McLeod IV, a former colleague at Compton Unified School District. I currently serve as a 21st Century Learning Specialist at Compton Unified School district and have known Mr. McLeod for over 2 years now and can honestly say that Mr. McLeod is a pioneer and innovator in the real of Educational Technology. He shared out best practices to educators across the district and provided inspiration to educators. During his time at Compton Unified I witnessed innovative teaching and learning spaces that were created by Vincent. Students came to his class knowing that they were going to be challenged in Project Based Learning curriculum that was meaningful and relevant to their lives. Mr. McLeod also had his students compete in an app challenge and his students won first place. Their app is on its way of being developed and his students learned first hand how to use create, develop and make a meaningful impact to their community with the app. Mr. McLeod also served as the Tech Lead for Dominguez High School, in which we worked closely together to diagnose tech issues on the field. Vincent was also able to provide trainings and created his own video tutorials for teachers. Mr. McLeod is a well qualified and true teaching professional, hence, I highly recommend Vincent McLeod IV and I can confidently say that he will excel at your organization. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me directly via LinkedIn messenger.

I've had the pleasure to work with vince in a variety of professional capacities. In my experience, Vince has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills that contributed significantly to our company's core values. Vince has impressed me with his consistent work ethic and ability to evaluate challenges and stragetically execute solutions to those challenges. I have found Vince to be a self-starter and an excellent strategist with a keen eye for detail. I have high regard for vince and believe he would be an asset to any organization.
