With the relocation of the incentive budget, our operations strategy team successfully maintain the service metrics ahead of the benchmark by 1 to 2 percentage points consistently. - Optimize delivery operations with performance analysis to manage the entire HK rider population and strike a balance between the interests and experiences of riders, restaurants, and customers by controlling service coverage and delivery network. - Own one of the levers in the local rider cost reduction project to simulate a restructure of service fees with historical data. The result shows that the lever could save up to 4% of rider cost, however, the lever is considered the high-risk-high-return last resort due to immeasurable risk in rider sentiment. - Work on rider retention analysis to identify the most unfavorable delivery areas for riders to identify the root cause of those underperforming zones.
