Vincent is a great leader and teammate. I've been working in his team for two years, when he was CIO at Lampiris, and it really was a great professional and human experience. First, I've appreciated his pragmatic Agile mindset, giving priority to iterative and incremental execution instead of time-consuming detailed planning. He impressed me with his ability to tackle many projects in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders sometimes with conflicting objectives. He proved that he was able to dive deep down the technical analysis and make the right decisions while keeping in mind the big picture of the business needs with a customer focus.
