I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Pak Sariyo and came to know him as a truly valuable asset to the team and Fresh division . He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking, and mostly humble to share knowledge to others. He has break down the arrogance of retail industry. Beyond that, he is an impressive retailers who is able to manage all the Chaos of buying income that day. Working with him is an honour and good opportunity for me, and I've found that good character matters. For sure, in the future, i'm looking forward to collaborate with him again.

I have been working with Sariyo for more than 1 year. But I have to say, I am gaining 10+ years of experience of a professional career from him. I learnt about high level management, professional interaction, and leadership amongst many. But more than anything, he has successfully honed my specific skills which I used to question myself whether I had one. His style of leadership is one of a kind. He is tough (like a military general), but also reachable as a person. I remembered his philosophy if you want to move fast, every team member and him has to be a close knit group, otherwise it is impossible. So, he built his team like a platoon, but cares for every individuals like a parent to his teenage children. I completely admire his soft skills in managing a 100+ team. However, I am more amazed by how his thinking works. It is so systemic, but also allows a high degree of creativity in problem solving. He always pursue a root cause in any situation and able to find the best solution (yes, i said best). He is able to see every pattern in every permutation, so i believe in his mind, everything is a precedent. And it is only possible if someone has a combination of vast experience and high intelligence. And he knows how to combine them in the best way. So, with him, you can talk from the structure in data management, flow in an application/system until the mechanics or even civil in engineering and construction. A bit of a story about myself, I am a 27 years old jack of all trade kind a guy who happens to be the founder of a company, in which i did not completely master the sector (i thought i was). When I first met Sariyo (and soon after I asked to work directly under him), I was in a state where I did not have any specific skills and been moved to 5 different divisions in less than 2 years. So, I need a mentor to help me find my specialty. And I just found the best mentor I could ever asked in him. If you are looking for someone with a vast field experience to head an operation division, he is your guy! Or any other division which involves a lot of team (hundreds) and a breakthrough innovation, he is the man! (Startup companies.. Take notice!)
