Vince is the most creative finance person I have worked with in nearly 30 years in the IT industry. Through his ideas and flexibility, he provided the opportunitiy for for HP to grow from 10% to 90% share of wallet in one of our strategic product lines with a key client. This out-of-the-box thinking, combined with the ability to execute, really sets Vince apart.

Vince Barrett and I worked on an extensive nationwide project proposal for providing outsourced management of industrial services for one of the "Big Three" automotive manufacturers. Vince worked tirelessly putting in long hours with the rest of the team and was instrumental in coming up with creative and innovative solutions to overcoming obstacles in the provision of financing for the equipment portion of the RFP. I would recommend Vince and his services to anyone looking for solutions "outside the box"!

Continue to leverage my expertise, insights and extensive relationship network to benefit Fortune 1000, government and middle-market clients:- Serve as a vendor-neutral adviser to clients across industries and sectors including automotive, healthcare, education, government contractors, insurance, medical devices and utilities. Name brand clients include Cardinal Health, Ford, GM, Medtronic and New York Life.- Handle the full spectrum of asset deployment: identify needs, research vendors/technologies, assemble internal and external resources, make presentations, provide decision support, develop financing terms, negotiate contracts, manage fulfillment, monitor equipment life, upgrade assets and facilitate disposal.- Develop programs to meet unique client needs. For example: structured a 12-month cancelable lease to mimic a rental, by permitting upgrading and downgrading of equipment, at the cost advantage of a three-year lease.- Act as a resource on leading-edge technologies and vendors to assist clients and peers with achieving goals.- Streamline internal RTS processes to benefit my company and my clients.- Supervise and expand the diversity initiative with minority-owned banks.- Maintain positive relationships with leading and emerging technology vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, Dell, HP, IBM, Juniper, Meru and Motorola.
