Trusting Vincent with our investments has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. He has consistently recommended high-yielding opportunities that have resulted in a much more secure future for our family. Vincent is personable and quick to respond to tests and e-mails as well, which makes him a pleasure to work with.

Stallion Capital was founded to take advantage of opportunities in the commercial lending markets, specifically focusing on Texas-based real estate loans. Stallion made the decision to launch a diversified fund, The Stallion Texas Real Estate Fund, which will invest in real estate such as commercial office, multi-family residential, land development, and single family construction & rehabilitation. The Fund will primarily focus on assets that are located in all of the major metro areas within Texas. The Fund will offer enhanced features, including diversification across our entire loan portfolio, the ability to remain fully invested at all times thereby earning a more efficient return on capital, as well as a simplified investment path and reduced paperwork. The targeted return is between 7-9% on an annualized basis with investors having the option to receive their cashflow payments quarterly or simply reinvest in the Fund. The fund launched in early Q2 2013 and is open for investment. Show less
