  Vincent Zottola launched TQS in 1992. As Chief Operating Officer, he manages a staff of senior Quality, Safety, Nuclear and Environmental professional consultants. Vincent Zottola has over 30 years of consulting experience assisting over 300 clients in the development and implementation of ISO related quality, safety, nuclear and environmental management systems. Vincent Zottola has owned and operated Omega PA Title Settlement Company in Pennsylvania. In addition, he manages the TQS ALTA Best Practices service group. Vincent has assisted multi location title companies in the implementation & certification to the ALTA Best Practices. Vincent has a degree in Business Administration and Master’s in Industrial Relations. He was a committee chairperson for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Society for Quality. He has instructed the ISO 9000 implementation course for ASQ. Mr. Zottola has written and published articles and workbooks on ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. His works have been published by CEEM, Irwin Publishing, SMC and ASQ.
