  In this period I was responsible for managing a team of on average 12 people, divided between mechanics, electronics, software and documentation.   From this period, work had shifted more towards devising concept solutions for new installations. Including tasks like: feasibility studies, risk assessments, FEM-analysis, planning and (for bigger projects) coordinating with other engineers who are detailing their subparts of the installation. I also contributed myself to the detail engineering and testing of the installations for the customers.During this period, I also became involved in the field of CE (Machine Directive) and ATEX (dust explosion regulation). For this I was trained to perform the evaluation, risk assessment and certification of installations and to provide all necessary documentation.
