During his tenure as Internal Auditor Vincent demonstrated excellent leadership and project management skills which resulted in him exceeding my expectations for someone who was in the early stages of his career at the time. In his role as Internal Auditor, Vincent acted in the capacity of a Manager. He had the ability to supervise a team of more experienced auditors, participate in key management meetings and deliver results in a timely manner. He has shown proven abilities not only as a Finance expert but also as someone who can transform Finance data objects or business processes into SAP ERP(a combination that not every individual posseses).
