As head of the legal training, specialised in international humanitarian law and action, I developed onsite and online courses for field practitioners but also a course for armed groups in Syria. More specifically: DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FIRST HQ DRIVEN COURSES ON THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF HUMANITARIAN ACTION. Field oriented courses tailored to the needs of humanitarian practitioners. Practitioners from organisations such as OCHA, MSF, ICRC, OXFAM, UNHCR, NRC, DRC, ECHO have benefited from those courses. DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ICRC ONLINE TRAINING CENTRE Designed the first ICRC online course on the basic principles and rules of IHL. Supervised the development of thematic modules such as "Health Care in Danger" Contributed to the development of "Virtual Reality Tools": 3D virtual combat environments for training of State and non-State armed groups and other weapon bearers. Designed a video training tools based on 3D virtual combat environment on the conduct of hostilities for non-state armed groups in the Middle East. NETWORKING AND STRENGTHENING LINKAGES WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS SPECIALISED IN ONSITE AND ONLINE TRAINING Member of the Cerah Scientific Board of the CAS in Humanitarian Law and Action and Associate Lecturer at the Master in Advanced Studies, focal point for PHAP courses for humanitarian practitioners and policy makers, member of the HREA expert group “IHL for journalists” (development of an online course in IHL for journalists), Member of the EPFL (Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) e-learning working group (humanitarian organisations such as MSF, IFRC, etc.). TRAINING OF ICRC COLLEAGUES Contributed to re-designing internal trainings (practice-driven), focal point and facilitator of the ICRC integration course (training of new delegates), advice on blended learning approaches, member of the ICRC "Council of Trainers" (best practices, evaluation and impact, learning methodologies, etc.).

In charge of the supervision of the drafting and drafter of Appeals Chamber's decisions and judgements such as: Galic, Hadzihasanovic, Mrkic, Babic, Deronjic, Bralo. As such, supervised a team of 3 to 5 legal officers, adviced judges on legal issues, contributed to legal developments, attended hearings.
