The Portsmouth Distillery Company has been set up to produce fine quality hand crafted spirits. In my role as Director of Operations I have been developing and perfecting recipes and procedures to produce fine artisan spirits. This has included full development of brand, from concept to design into the retail sector, for the five products, with a 3 year old aged rum coming May 2022.
