  Responsibilities: Project Planning Activities • Definition of project scope, structure and deliverables according to the Project Methodology. • Determination of resource requirements for the Project with the Project Sponsor and or Project owner and secure them from available project resources or by outsourcing to contractors. • Prepare a quality plan for each project that outlines the overall approach to quality, identify the standards to be employed and/or developed in the preparation of all projects and or service plans for the process of quality assurance review and control. • Calculate the project benefits. Complete all project/programme plans in a way that ensures compliance with acceptable standards, policies, procedures, methodologies, standards, templates, etc. • Establish and maintain the correct project structures to control and monitor the initiation, progress and delivery of the project. Field Services Activities • Supervision of Surface Preparation and Coating of Offshore/Marine Structures such as helidecks, stairways, decks, Hull of ships/FPSO, piping and piping-supports including Passivation of Stainless Steel. Cathodic protection testing and Engineering. • Mechanical Installation of static and rotating equipment such as turbines, firewater pumps, Pressure vessels such as re-boilers, reactors, heat exchanger etc. • Crane Maintenance and supervision. Complete overhaul of crane gearbox and winches. Inspection, repairs of luffing cylinders including telescopic cylinder especially of BLM, Mape Pedestral and Sparrow Manufacturer. • Plant Inspection using non-destructive techniques. Location of process piping using P & ID diagrams. Coordination of Rope Access Team to carry out varied inspection on remote structures. Show less
