When I started my job at Fairforest Elementary school I wasn't expecting the doors to start opening for me. It seemed I was star at the mid level management position. With in my first year I was offered a job in two different classrooms at two different schools. I chose to stay at FES due to the familiarity of the group. I started to take on the role as a head counselor. By that I was showing to be a leader of the group. From the morning until evening, the goal was the same. Attend to each student as required and push them to strive in their academics.

When I worked for Cracker Barrel I was a versatile member of the team. I put my title as Wait Staff Member because that is what I was hired for. The sky was the limit with my employment. Within a year I was cross trained to be a Grill Cook Member. Now from my transition from the front of the house to back of the house, I also took a pay decrease. When you compared tips to wages, I would bring in a lot in the front. The plan was to become a shift leader and potentially go into management. That being said I basked myself into more potions not only in the back of the house (from food prep to washing dishes when they needed a dishwasher) but also working in retail and helping with truck shipments.
