During a project for a Dutch retail chain with presence in multiple EU-countries I had the pleasure to work with Vincent. Vincent showed dedication as a teamplayer with a demonstrated history in compelling UX/UI design. He has a great ability to analyse complex structures and visualise into crisp designs. The ubiquitous project methodology was unknown to him at the start of the project, although he quickly mastered it, while having a pleasant way of distinguishing work and personal matters. De afgelopen paar jaar heeft Vincent gewerkt als ontwerper en projectmanager aan het digitaal expertisecentrum Prader-Willi syndroom en de Toolkit PWS. De Toolkit is een online-instrument voor begeleiders en naasten van volwassenen met het Prader-Willi syndroom (PWS). Vincent wist aanvankelijk niets over PWS, maar had snel door wat voor naasten en begeleiders belangrijk is. Vincent heeft geleerd zich te verplaatsen in een opdrachtgever met een totaal andere achtergrond, die dus niet dezelfde taal (jargon) spreekt. Hij is snel in het oplossen van een probleem. Vincent kan de vraag van de opdrachtgever goed vertalen. Ik vind het jammer dat je niet meer bij Creapolis Media BV werkt en ik wens je heel veel succes in je nieuwe baan!

The most interesting thing for me was to learn how to communicate the right way in a hectic company and how to adjust to a client.
