Problem management is a major part of my role - working with customers to investigate incidents and drive a satisfactory resolution of these issues. This requires me to have strong working relationships at the customer level but also through the Fujifilm organisation. Service development is a key part of this role working with the service teams in both medical informatics and modalities.I am highly motivated and passionate with a determination to create a team ethos and promote the core values of the company while balancing this with the contractual expectations of the customer. I have also optimised work-flows and processes within healthcare environments, as well as developing application courses for various levels and ability’s in the public and private sectors. I have developed my career by moving to the PACS and I have been deeply involved in hospital changes and future development of healthcare systems, working with key stakeholders to implement systems such as EPR and voice recognition to radiology departments. In addition I have been involved with the IT department by sourcing integrating new live healthcare systems for trust wide use. My role to date means that I have also been heavily involved in particularly PACS and department management, as well as also the recruitment and management of staff. Delegating and evaluating the task’s performed within each team and evaluating skill levels and performance. I have also been responsible for projects and associated budgets delivering these on time and on budget. I have also created process for escalation within teams and departments constantly developing and reacting to the needs of the organisation.
