North and East Housing Association was established in 1993. NEHA has been working with local authorities and communities developing, building and managing social housing in the North and Eastern region of Ireland. The Association is managed by a team of professional housing staff lead by a Chief Executive who reports to a voluntary board of directors (Governing Body). The Association has launched a new five year strategic plan 2020 to 2024 that will set clear objectives for NEHA to plays its role in the Housing For All being implemented by Government

Co-operative Housing Ireland ( formerly NABCO) is Ireland’s national representative body for the co-operative housing sector. Vincent worked for Focus Ireland in a number of services between 1991 and 2002 these included drop in center for young adults who were out of home. In 1997 Vincent was a member of a team that established the first transitional housing programme for single men in Ireland at Georges Hill. Vincent was appointed Project Leader of that team in 1999. In this role Vincent completed the policies and procedures for the project as well as completing his first qualifications in housing management and administration.
