      My position consists of coordination and scheduling of GMS manpower on a 24/7 basis with Consol Energy mine management to work on and complete underground mining projects. I also am directly responsible for the safety and welfare of over 175 men @ the mine site. I report to the Federal and State mining authorities and adhere to all policies provided by these organizations. My position also affords me the opportunities to provide "hands on" underground supervision along with assistance in the physical labor while inspecting the projects for my reports to Consol Energy. I have the unique ability to connect with my men in understanding what they are asked to do since I have done all of the duties that I am responsible for now as coordinator.
