I have known Vincent for a long time and I can say the this knowledge, expertise and experience is truly admirable. Vincent is someone who cares deeply about his work, especially in the Destination field, where he has clear ideas about how to grow the competitive image of a destination, shown through his work at Geneva Tourism, and a strong capability as a leader to rally a team around him. With such admiration, here at the Digital Tourism Think Tank we filmed a detailed Case Study, for our global network of DMO Members, to look into more depth at the work and strategy which Vincent has led. Making the trip especially to Geneva to do this, I think speaks to our admiration of his work. Very important to note... Vincent is also a very nice, open and genuine guy. In a world of changing values, this counts for a lot.
