I worked with Vince at After Hours Formal Wear for 3 years, and as part of the management team I was impressed with his attention to detail and his strong committment to customer satisfaction as well as striving to generate new streams of revenue. Vince was a very collaborative member of management and possessed strong leadership skills. On many occassions, after a grueling travel schedule, Vince would then assist associates in the service center which was outside the normal scope of his responsibilities bringing a great personality and work ethic that really increased employee morale in stressful situations during peak seasons.
