I oversaw and directed the day to day management, development and life cycles of the company wide IT infrastructure and providing monthly stakeholder reports. Achieved savings of over 30% by negotiating pricing with vendors. Project Manager for all IT, communication and telephony projects. Trained, developed and empowered ICT support team. Implemented Help Desk System to enhance support times and build knowledge base. Designed and delivered Disaster Recovery infrastructure utilising the Nexia Australia Melbourne office as co-location saving over $1600 per month. Wrote and tested Disaster Recovery Plan with an RPO of 15 minutes and RPT of 3 hours. Designed the new datacentre grade computer room. I was the project manager for the ICT relocation for office move in 2013 and relocation completed for BAU over weekend ready for business Monday morning. Designed and wrote audio visual instructions for training and meeting rooms eliminating need for technical staff involvement. Responsible for all ICT documentation and manuals. Designed and delivered virtualization project of computer room, servers and new backup. Infrastructure comprised of Dell Servers, Equalogic SANs, VMware, Windows server, Exchange 2010, SQL 2008, Citrix WebAccess, CommVault backup and HP switches achieving 100% network uptime during business hours. Migrated physical servers to virtual with no business hours downtime to users. Managed Microsoft Open Value, VMware, CommVault, Anti-Virus and all other 3rd party software licensing and life cycles. Sourced vendor agreements and ongoing management of these contracts achieving cost savings through negotiation and building relationships with vendors and created 1 year, 3 year and 5 year strategies and budgets for those strategies. Responsible for the mobile fleet, telecommunication and internet connectivity strategies.
