Vince joined Adevita with a hugely difficult task to build a Talent Acquisition Dashboard aligned to the requirements of stakeholders across multiple business areas in different countries...and to some very ambitious timescales! I'm really happy to say that Vince exceeded all expectations and created something that will add value to the whole of Adevtina, and that we can keep iterating on moving forwards. He solved some really difficult problems to deliver the reporting suite and was even a finalist for Adevinta's annual innovation in HR award.
