- My role in general involves supporting financial advisers in providing independent investment and pension advice and building a longstanding relationship with clients;- A deep understanding and knowledge of different financial instruments and vehicles available in the investment regime via financial advisers;- Ability to utilise tools on mainstream product provider platforms, e.g. Aviva and Standard Life Aberdeen, to facilitate product top-ups, withdrawals, transfers and new applications as requested;- Regularly compiled up-to-date valuations and summary reports of clients' assets and past performance comparisons prior to advisers' periodic meetings with clients;- Participated in quarterly Investment Committee Meetings to review in-house investment proposition performance and discuss proposed changes such as fund selections and asset allocation adjustments;- Experience of efficiently handling communications and inquiries from financial product providers and clients via phone calls and emails. Always attended to clients' needs with top priority and aimed to resolve their queries as soon as possible.
