As the acting Chief Executive Officer undertook a significant review of all aspects of Softball WA's operations, management and governance practices to determine its ability to be a financial viable organisation and sport. In this period I successfully implemented governance practices, new financial processes and procedures including bookkeeping system, developed a maintenance facility plan and secured works funding, strategic planning process, developed a communication strategic to re-engage with stakeholders, secured sponsorship opportunities and enacted other management practices. In this period also hosted a successfully Nationals for the Open Women's.
