Vinay was the driving force for EH&S and Compliance at Solyndra. He built strong, collaborative relationships with regulators and smoothly handled permitting for a wide variety of industrial processes in five different buildings. He was also a tireless champion for a World Class Safety Culture, learning over time to leverage the whole organization to prevent injuries and exposure to hazardous materials. Vinay showed great flexibility and handled a wide variety of special projects from helping to establish recycling programs to helping to deal with facility issues. I highly recommend him.

Vinay's expertse in EH&S is unmatched in my professional career. His management /implementation of complex processes with so many differeent Solyndra Teams were nothing less than exceptional. His leadership style is gentle, but with clear commitmment/ expertise that naturally instills trust and ultimately 'gets the job done'. Vinay's accomplishments were many as a result. A true 'Gem', professionally and personally.
