1. Mobile Price Range Prediction • Developed a multi class classification model to predict the mobile price range on the basis of technical specifications. • Applied EDA to check all the missing value, outliers, multicollinearity, Applied feature engineering techniques to handle multicollinearity & outliers. • Understood the impact of features such as battery life, internal memory specs by checking correlation, domain knowledge & selected important features for the model. 2. Bike Sharing Demand Prediction • Developed a regression model using algorithms like Ridge Regression, Random Forest and XGBoost to predict hourly demand of bikes and reduced public waiting time. • Performed EDA, Visualization & Feature Engineering on data to get some insights. • XGBoost model has less RMS error and MAE with the accuracy of 88%. 3. Netflix Movies & Tv Shows-Clustering • Understanding recent years trend of Netflix in case of movies & tv shows and what type of content is available in different countries. • Performed EDA, Data Cleaning, Data Pre-Processing like removing stop-words and punctuations & Natural Language Processing by applying TF-IDF & Count Vectorizer. • Built K-Means Clustering algorithm for clustering the same type of content.
