Major Projects: • MOL additional storage capacity at Qarnalam (FEED project) : Worked as Lead Process Engineer for FEED project to expand the crude oil storage capacity of by adding two new floating roof storage tanks each and associated booster pumps to transfer the crude oil back to MOL. • Musallim Third Module & ILS replacement (FEED and DD project): This project is to expand the Musallim field gross liquid handling capacity by adding a three phase production separator with capacity of 20,000 m3/d and associated hydrocyclone package. • Saih rawl Water Injection Control & Vale Upgrade (FEED and DD project): Worked as Lead Process Engineer for this project. Project scope included replacement of old water injection control system with the latest individual fracture control system. • Retrospective HAZOP for Existing facilities at Musallim Station and RMS • Yibal Adequacy Study:This was a study project to check the adequacy of existing Yibal production station by adding production fluids from the Khulud and Hanaya. • Musallim Area-5 RMS-4 :This project is to remote manifold station with conventional production,test and water injection manifold to be hooked with the main station by trunklines. • Saih Rawl Combined cycle power plant project.   Major Projects: • MHNRD Phase-II Project for ONGC: It was a wellhead platform project where the existing water injection platform was to be converted into production platform. The combined production capacity of the platform is 5100 BLPD and 0.16 MMSCFD of gas. • FCC (Fluidized Catalytic Cracking) Unit at Nagarjuna Oil Corp. Ltd, Refinery: worked as a process engineer for FCC unit licensed by UOP. The total capacity of Refinery was 6.0 MMTPA & capacity of FCC unit was 1.66 MMTPA. I was responsible for main plant section of the FCC unit. • Delayed Coker Unit, Indian Oil Corp. Ltd, Vadodara, India: This was a residue upgradation project of IOCL refinery at Vadodara, India. The plant capacity was 3.7 MMTPA. Worked on the Basic Engineering Package of Foster wheeler USA. • FEED for DSM Expansion Plant, Pune: This project was a FEED for expansion of Plastic plant of DSM engineering Plastics (India) Pvt ltd. I was a LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER for this project. • Detail Engineering for Edible Oil Refinery of Louis Dreyfus Commodities India Pvt. Ltd: Worked as LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER for FEED and Detail Engineering for 1000 MT/day edible oil refinery for Louis Dreyfus Commodities with Alfa Laval India as a process licenser • Preparation of Basic Engineering package for Ethylene Glycol plant licensed by Petron Scientech INC. USA: Worked on preparation of basic engineering package for ethylene glycol plant for JBF GLICOLS Indústria Química Ltda. Brazil, with Petron Scientech Inc. as Process Licensor. I am handling Glycol Reaction and Evaporation Section. • FEED services to IHI International Corporation for Natural Gas to Gasoline Plant of Sundrop Fuels Louisiana, L.L.C: Worked as a LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER on feed package preparation of Natural Gas to Gasoline Plant of Sundrop Fuels Louisiana, L.L.C with IHI International Corporation Houston, Texas.
