  Synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for use in biosensors and biomaterials.Utilized PECVD and Arc Discharge for Carbon nanomaterial synthesis such as Graphene Nanowalls and Fullerenes.Synthesis of Metallic nanoparticles such as Fe, CdSe, using coprecipitation and Schlenk line methods. Hands on experience using TEM, SEM, AFM, XPS, XRD, FTIR, Raman Spectroscopy, TGA/DTA, BET Gas adsorption, Contact Angle Measurment, Cyclic Voltammetry and Electrochemical Impedence Spectroscopy in the characterization of nanomaterials.Preperation of photomasks and thin film materials using Nanolithography techniques such as Sputter Physical Vapour Deposition, Electron-beam PVD in the preparation of Au, Ti and Cu metallic thin films on Silicon wafers.
