After almost 4 years, I'm back to the Monastery. Being back to the experiential world of projects during a world pandemic requires a new set of tools and skills which I'm in a continuous and growing process of learning. Trying to avoid long calls and keeping the focus on the production flow is the biggest challenge in order to make the whole Experiential delivery miles away from the site. Working in a governance team and coordinating more than 50 Monks across the world with an infinite set of skills (broadcast, animation, design, dev, engineering, sound, localization, etc...) is an amazing challenge which just can be compared to the delivery we achieve as a team. Always working as close as possible to each capability of our team, looking after the best workflow to connect each one of them to keep the delivery in time and avoiding overloading the team.
