Ajsela Mehinagic
Vilma was my study colleague at Maastricht University. We often exchanged ideas on academic papers and diverse political and societal topics. Vilma was always passionate about the things she firmly believed in. Even when she faced adversities, she managed to identify the positive aspects and turn them into areas of personal growth. Vilma is honest and realistic, willing to take and provide feedback and keeps improving no matter what circumstances she finds herself in. Her work ethic and personal drive make her a very determined and driven young woman. I firmly believe that, whichever path her career will lead her on, she will make the absolute best out of it.

Vilma was a cohort of mine during our Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration in Milan. I am glad to write this statement for a colleague who has taught me the real meaning of 'determination' and 'ambition'. Vilma has, indeed, always impressed me for her capability of overcoming the difficulties she passes through, looking toward the achievement of her final objectives. Moreover, despite she could be overly critical of herself, she has the capacity to use her high expectations to be always improving herself. I am persuaded that these aspects of her, along with her strong character and her great cultural preparation, will make her a member of the ruling class of the coming years.

Quadrante Futuro is an initiative launched by Centro Einaudi, an independent non-profit research institute based in Turin.
