I'm also responsible for managing and developing sales, and being as a sales expert between Profile, dealers and customers in this area. I was Product Manager of Profile's Volkswagen based vehicles and DecoEco product family. I was technical product expert supporting our international sales organization, all group sites, and business units, as well as a contact person between Profile group and Volkswagen. I was also responsible for marketing of those products, calculating prices, and preparing tender material for them. In every day work I also carried abroad and domestic sales and customer delivery projects, either as a project manager or together with our team. Often I also removed various barriers to sales, like arranging vehicle testing or other regulative issues.

I worked as a Thesis Worker at the Nokia Mobile Networks. Subject of my Master's Thesis was New Product Development process efficiency improvement by utilizing the Value Stream Mapping (VSM). I was responsible of organizing a cross-functional improvement project at Oulu site. Proejct was done with experts and managers from different parts of the process. Current state of the process was analyzed by the VSM and improved by completing a total of 14 project activities. I worked as a Thesis Worker at the Nokia Mobile Networks. My work was being part of the new product development of the vehicles, like ambulances, and taking care the product structures and data in the PDM. Main tasks were planning 3D models and drawings for laser cutting, sheet metal and plastic or glass fiber mold parts. I had also some response of the vehicles testing and understanding of laws and EU regulations and directives related to that. In addition, I made technical sales material like 3D pictures for the offers.
