Client: United Technology Corporation (01/10/2017– 03/11/2017) Duties and Responsibilities Since the client is a partner of governances and military almost all of the sites have the highest security requirements. Therefore, projects are also oriented to a security assurance – AD groups, vCenters, Domains and various restrictions to the data. The most challenging project I am currently working on is vCenter consolidation in all EMEA region. The goal of the project is to have all ESXi EMEA hosts added to vCenters and segregated by AD groups and roles, so citizenship restrictions would be met. Show less

Client: RSA (23/06/2016 – 01/10/2017) Duties and Responsibilities I was responsible for managing server migration move groups of RSA transition to Wipro data center. One of the biggest challenges was communication with a third party vendor which was smoothly handled during all migrations. Good stakeholder management skills were the key, as transition required to communicate closely with the client, third parties (Wipro) and internal teams. Resource management was performed constantly to assure all required resources were there and ready to perform. Part of the role was also budget tracking in order to ensure that all expenses were billed to the client. Client: Scandihealth (01/11/2014 - 12/06/2016) Duties and Responsibilities I was managing several projects in Denmark, Aarhus. The main project was Aarhus datacenter relocation to Copenhagen. Scope of this project was to build a new infrastructure platform at Copenhagen and smoothly migrate 10 major systems. The biggest challenges of the project were to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and transform support of the systems, so it would comply to company’s standards. Client: TRYG (02/10/2013 – 01/11/2014) Duties and Responsibilities The first assignment in my CSC career were TRYG account – one of the biggest insurance company in Scandinavia. I took a role of a Project Leader for IT infrastructure projects. My responsibilities covered change management as change coordinator, including decommissioning and installing servers. I was monitoring changes all their life cycle - from raising changes in the systems (internal/external) until closure, it requires planning, estimating and quick response to unplanned issues. In parallel of my standard duties, I have managed to Improve decommissioning process. Show less
