To whom it may concern, I am writing on the 28th July 2020 in reference to my current direct report Vilija Bucenkaite Research & CXM Assistant at Harrods. I have known Vilija for 1 year 3 months and have been her line manager for the same length of time. Vilija started her journey in Harrods as Guest Shopping Admin Assistant in May 2019 and by Nov 2019 she received a new and expanded job role taking on more responsibility as Research & CXM Assistant. The skills she demonstrates include, 100% accurate data entry, professional communication with customers and retail, the understanding of exceptional service standards, team work, analyzing and creating research projects and reports for retail. Vilija demonstrates very strong qualities which will make her an excellent candidate for roles that require, dedication, passion, brand loyalty, team work and customer communication. Vilija takes on board all tasks that are given to her and will always go the extra mile. Her skill for thinking outside of the box will allow her to bring creativity and new ideas to a role and she will do this in a caring and polite manner.
