It’s my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation for Viktoriya Havrylyuk, one of the key WrOpenUp creators and one of the most engaged volunteers who have shaped the creative and inclusive culture of competence sharing at WrOpenUp. Viktoriya Havrylyuk has been involved in WrOpenUp organization for four years. She started as an international trainer and quickly rose to an Corporate Coordinator and Marketing Manager positions. I’ve worked closely with her over the past years, sharing tasks and goals of different projects within the organization. Viktoriya showed excellent communication skills and consistently exceeded organization`s quotas. On a personal level, she’s well organized, charismatic and well-spoken, always showing qualities like initiative, leadership, growth and collaboration. Allow me to point out three examples of Viktoriya’s strengths. As a marketing manager Viktoriya contributed to marketing communications by developing the product message and marketing materials to attract new sponsors. She has built a strong and professional marketing management team with a creative approach to developing our marketing strategy. Her enthusiastic, optimistic attitude is contagious and serves to motivate and energize her project staff. Viktoriya is very calm and collected under pressure. She has superb problem-solving skills as well as exceptional team-building skills. As a company coordinator Viktoriya played a significant role in building the business partners network for WrOpenUp. With her help our organizations gained a new sponsor and qualified international trainers. Finally, Viktoriya has proven herself to be a strong cultural fit here at WrOpenUp. She’s always ready to lend a helping hand to his teammates and contributes during brainstorming sessions and meetings between the sales and marketing teams. In closing, I’d like to restate my strong support for Viktoriya. She is driven, self-confident, proactively helpful, and smart, and I know she will continue to find success in Marketing and Communication areas. Thank you very much for volunteering as Corporate Coordinator & Presentation-Skill-Workshop Coordinator & WrOpenUp Marketing Manager! Your willingness to spend your private time for this project of Corporate Social Responsibility is very much appreciated. By sharing your experience and skills to enable workshops in the fields of Cross-Cultural Competence, Project Management and Presentation Skills to over 400 Students you helped us to raise intercultural competence and cultural tolerance among Polish teenagers from Wrocław. Furthermore, your engagement enabled us to deliver necessary skills in a globalized and diverse working environment to the teenager for their future career. WrOpenUp Foundation aims to promote tolerance towards intercultural differences, help in breaking stereotypes, and support integration through education of young leaders. Organization’s primary focus are the people of Wroclaw – citizens, students, schoolchildren and ex-pats employed locally as well as institutions – corporations, schools and city authorities. The main tool used in achieving WrOpenUp statutory goals are set of workshops, primarily Cross Cultural Competencies, Presentation Skills, Project Management skills, Leadership skills and Competitions along with educational trips.
