Today, we offer shared jobs for employees that will work 80% of their time for a mission in a company and 20% of their time in an association that is related to the company's core activity. We already have more than 60 partnerships and we generated more than 10.000 hours of paid work dedicated to projects with a strong social impact. Talent Booster is an accelerator of development of internal Talents that is open to all the employees of the companies of ADEO. There are 2 phases: - The Incubator: a 24-day training program divided into two training sessions (one in London and one in Milan) in order to understand the challenges the Group is facing and to gain inspiration for the projects that will be launched in the accelerator phase, one learning expedition abroad, and one prototyping session - The Accelerator: 6 month- period to develop a project and an experience of 12 to 18 months abroad.
