In der Zeit von Oktober 2010 bis Oktober 2012 habe ich im Team von Viktoria als Personalsachbearbeiter bei Gate Gourmet gearbeitet. In dieser Zeit habe ich sie als sehr engagierte Vorgesetzte kennengelernt, die sämtliche Herausforderung immer mit viel Engagement und Elan anging. Ihr Führungsstil war dabei stets konstruktiv sowie auch kritisch und sie ermutigte ihre Mitarbeiter immer zu einem sehr eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil. Diese Freiheit im täglichen Arbeiten hat mir persönlich bei meiner beruflichen Weiterentwicklung im HR-Bereich sehr geholfen. Viktoria genoss darüber hinaus immer einen hervorragenden Ruf bei ihren Vorgesetzten, Mitarbeitern und Kollegen. Neben der einwandfreien fachlichen Qualifikation zeichnet sich Viktoria durch ein hohes Maß an Optimismus, Freundlichkeit, diplomatischem Geschick und Verantwortlichkeit aus. Ich halte sie deshalb für eine hervorragende Fach- und Führungskraft im Bereich HR, welche ich auch heute immer noch gerne um Rat frage.
